How will I receive my referral fee?

For every approved customer you refer and accepts an advance you will will receive a $10 referral fee. These funds will be sent to whatever financial information we are provided when the referring party entered into their advance.

What is my payment schedule?

I was approved for the $100 advance initially. Can I receive a higher advance in the future?

Yes, you can apply for another advance after you pay out the first one. Most times, due to good payment history, customers receive higher credit limits on subsequent advances.

How are the rates for my advance calculated?

For Mississippi residents, simply put the advance carries a handling fee of $25 per $100 advanced per month and is paid back over a 4 month period. The due date is calculated based on your next 4 monthly pay dates. Each advance carries a $5 origination fee. In the event of non-payment, a late fee of 10% may be charged if a payment is not received 10 business days after the due date. Below are more details of the advance.

A Credit Availability loan is a binding contract to borrow money that is intended for short-term use and is not generally based on your credit report. This loan may be paid-off at any time. Paying off a loan early may result in paying less fees. Borrower’s rights and responsibilities A borrower has the right to rescind (cancel) the transaction within one (1) business day; however, if the borrower accepts the funds from the lender prior to the expiration of the one-day cancellation period, any origination fee charged shall be non-refundable. A borrower may be charged a monthly handling fee up to $25.00 per $100.00 borrowed per month. A borrower may be charged an origination fee of 1% of the amount disbursed or $5.00, whichever is greater. 

Loans of $500.00 or less must be payable in an overall term of 4 to 6 months. Loans of more than $500.00 and up to $2,500.00 must be payable in an overall term of 6 to 12 months (Max loan is $2,500.00). Lender rights in the event of default by the borrower A lender may charge a late fee of 10% of the past-due amount 10 business days after the due date, provided that such fees are clearly disclosed in the contract. 

If a borrower is in default for more than 60 days, a lender may charge and collect the following fees only if they are required to employ a third party, including an attorney: A reasonable collection fee and/or attorney’s fee. All court cost incurred including contractual damages.

For Louisiana residents, the total payments for the $200 loan, with all applicable fees, is $295, and for the $100 loan is $185. Simply, we spread your payments out equally over 3 months.

How will I receive the proceeds from my advance?

You will receive your advance to your checking or savings account by providing us with your routing and account number. If you don’t have a checking or savings account you will be sent a Nexs card. The temporary Nexs card will be sent via priority mail and should be received within 2-4 business days. A permanent card will arrive shortly thereafter. Nexs cards do go inactive after 90 days of not being used. 

In the event this happens, future loans will have a new card activated and sent via priority mail. If the original card is still active any new advances can be sent to the card on the same day. Below are the fees associated with a Nexs card.
